§ 204.01. Designation of municipal building.

(a)

The building at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio, is hereby designated "Municipal Building" within the meaning of the Charter, where records of the Treasurer shall be kept at all times.

(b)

Such designation shall last so long as the Municipality of Monroe uses such building for the purpose of providing administrative offices for its elective officials and employees.
