(a)

No discrimination. A provider shall comply at all times with all applicable laws relating to nondiscrimination.

(b)

Equal employment. A provider shall adhere to the applicable equal employment opportunity laws.

(c)

Privacy. A provider shall adhere to subscriber privacy laws.
