§ 1062.13. Appeals.

An applicant denied a permit or a permittee who has been notified of a permit suspension may appeal within 15 days of such action to the Manager. The Manager shall hold a hearing thereon or appoint a hearing officer to hold a hearing thereon within 15 days of the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. The Manager or his or her Hearing Officer may affirm or reverse the action of the Police Chief.
