§ 674.03. Litter on one's own property.

(a)

As used in this section, "litter" includes garbage, waste, peelings of vegetables or fruits, rubbish, ashes, cans, bottles, wire, paper, cartons, boxes, parts of automobiles, wagons, furniture, glass, oil of an unsightly or unsanitary nature or anything else of an unsightly or unsanitary nature.

(b)

Litter which has been placed on lands in the city and not removed, and which constitutes a detriment to public health, is hereby declared to be a nuisance to exist.
