§ 1416.05. Conflict of laws.

In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electric Code, as adopted in section 1416.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code, adopted by the city, or a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall control.
