§ 1422.01. Building and housing code administration.

This part fourteen—The building and housing code, shall be administered by the building inspector, who shall also be known as the chief building official, and such assistant inspectors as may from time to time be appointed by the manager. The manager is authorized to enter into an agreement for professional services to provide for the administration of the building and housing code.
