§ 1420.01. Building and housing code defined.

As used in this part fourteen of these Codified Ordinances, the term "Building and Housing Code" means all of the provisions of part fourteen of these Codified Ordinances, including the provisions of standard technical codes adopted by reference in this part fourteen of these Codified Ordinances.
