§ 810.99. Penalty.

In addition to the provisions of section 810.12, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.00. If a person has been convicted of such a violation or noncompliance within the previous 12 months, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250.00 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
